The Minnesota Association of Veterinary Technicians (MAVT) is committed to advance and strengthen the education and training of veterinary technicians.

Our goals are to:

• Act as a source of information for veterinary technicians throughout Minnesota.
• Support the professional development of members through certification and continuing education.
• Increase public awareness about veterinary technician training requirements and professional skills.
• Work with the MVMA and accredited veterinary technology programs to promote high standards of veterinary care.
